Quality Control Workflow
Before production
- Confirm specifications: size, layout, colors, accessories, packaging
- Artwork proof approval (if printing/custom graphics are involved)
During & after production
- In-process checks on stress points, seams, handles, netting, and zippers
- Inflation test + appearance check
- Photo/video shared for buyer confirmation before delivery
