Step-by-step Ordering Process
Enviar consulta
Share product link/photo, size, quantity, printing/artwork, and destination (city/port).
Get Quote & Spec Confirmation
We quote based on materials, dimensions, printing, accessories, packaging, and quantity.
Artwork / Layout Proof (if applicable)
We provide a proof for your approval before production (logo/printing positions, colors, etc.).
PI & Deposit
We issue a Proforma Invoice (PI). Production starts after deposit and final confirmation.
Production & In-process QC
We follow internal checkpoints during production to keep consistency and reduce defects.
Photo / Video for Final Approval
We send photos (and video if needed) for final confirmation before packing/shipping.
Balance Payment
Balance is arranged after final approval and before shipment is dispatched.
Packing, Dispatch & Documents
We ship by air/sea, and provide export documents for clearance and delivery.
Note: We can support common Incoterms such as EXW / FOB / CIF / DAP / DDP depending on your shipment needs.

Payment

Lead Time

- Shipping time is separate from production time
Transport
- Air: airport-to-airport (fast)
- Sea freight: port-to-port (economical)
- We can propose the best option based on your timeline and budget
Transit time depends on route, season, and carrier schedules.
After-Sales Support
- We provide repair guidance and support for reasonable modification requests.
- If there is a confirmed serious quality issue, we will handle it with evidence-based solutions (repair / replacement / refund by agreement).
- Please keep photos/videos and packaging labels for faster claim processing.
Compliance note: if artwork involves trademarks/characters, the buyer should provide authorization before production.
